Shipping Area

We ship within Europe, mainly to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Brussels, Belgium.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Pre-order items are shipped on or after the official release date.

  • Orders containing multiple items are shipped only once all items in the order are available.

If you wish to split or combine orders, please contact us before shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the request.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed:

  • Belgium & Netherlands: 1 business day

  • France & Germany: 2 business days

  • Other European countries: delivery time varies depending on the carrier

Delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, or force majeure are outside of our control.


Shipping Carriers

We mainly ship using GLS and Bpost.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which is added to the customer account once the order is shipped.


Taxes, Duties & Customs

Prices do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply.

Customers are fully responsible for paying any applicable charges.
Failure to pay may result in delivery delays or refusal.


Returns, Refused Deliveries & Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for return

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Refunds are issued after the returned items have been received and inspected.


Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

  • If a parcel is refused or returned because it is no longer wanted, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned due to a delivery issue, carrier error, or product problem, return shipping costs may be reimbursed, subject to review.

All cases are handled case by case.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

All shipments are insured.

In case of loss or damage, customers must contact us promptly so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Depending on the outcome, a replacement or refund may be offered.
