All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Method: All our packages are insured and have a tracking link.Instore Pickup : It is also possible to pick up your order directly in store as soon as the products are officially released. You will receive a notification as soon as the order is available.
1.3 Shipping confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
1.4 Customs, duties and taxes
Outpost Brussels is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
1.5 Damage
Outpost Brussels is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, in addition to contacting the carrier, please contact us and we will file a claim.
