General Conditions of Gameology SPRL (company number: BE 0891.368.632), located in Brussels, Rue de la Tribune 8.

1. General information
1.1 These general conditions are valid for the Gameology SPRL online store, and can be found at www.outpostgaming.be. The products sold in the online store include board games, card games, single cards, accessories, etc.
1.2 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers on www.outpostgaming.be. The terms and conditions are accessible to everyone and are recorded on www.outpostgaming.be. We will send you a written copy upon request.
1.3 By placing an order, you acknowledge that you accept the delivery and payment terms. Gameology SPRL reserves the right to modify its delivery and/or payment terms after the validity period has expired.
1.4 Gameology SPRL guarantees that the delivered product corresponds to the agreement and meets the specifications mentioned in the offer.

2. Delivery
2.1 Deliveries take place while stocks last.
2.2 Orders are only sent once Gameology SPRL has received payment. Products to be collected are paid for at the cash desk of the relevant Outpost game center.
2.3 Gameology SPRL will execute orders within 7 days after receipt of payment. If this is not possible (because the ordered items are not in stock or no longer available), or if there is a delay for other reasons, or if an order can only be executed partially, then the consumer will receive a notification within a maximum of 1 week after placing his order and in this case he has the right to cancel his order without costs and without notice.
2.4 Gameology SPRL's delivery obligation is satisfied, unless proven otherwise, as soon as the products delivered by Gameology SPRL are offered to the buyer once.
2.5 All deadlines mentioned on the website are indicative. No rights can be derived from the deadlines mentioned.

3. Price
3.1 Prices are not increased during the offer period, unless legal measures make this necessary or the manufacturer introduces price increases in the meantime.
3.2 All prices on the website are subject to printing or typographical errors. No liability is accepted for printing or typographical errors. If an incorrect price is mistakenly indicated, we will correct it immediately and inform the buyer. In the event of a price change, the buyer may always cancel their purchase.
3.3 All prices on the site are expressed in EURO and include VAT.

4. Approval Period/Right of Termination
4.1 In the case of a sale to a consumer, the buyer has the right to return the delivered goods within 14 working days without giving reasons. This period begins when the ordered products are delivered. If, at the end of this period, the buyer has not returned the delivered goods to Gameology SPRL, the purchase is final. The buyer is required to notify Gameology SPRL in writing before returning the goods. The buyer must prove that the delivered goods were returned on time, for example by means of proof of delivery by post. The return must be in the original packaging (including accessories and reference documentation) and in new condition. If the products have been used by the buyer, affected or damaged in any way, the right to terminate the contract within the meaning of this article ceases. In compliance with the provisions of the preceding sentence, Gameology SPRL will reimburse the buyer within 30 days of receipt of the return, the total amount of the purchase including the shipping costs charged. The return of the delivered goods is entirely at the buyer's expense and risk.

5. Management of personal data
5.1 If you place an order with Gameology SPRL, your personal data will be recorded in Gameology SPRL's customer database. Gameology SPRL complies with the law on privacy and will not provide your personal data to third parties.
5.2 Gameology SPRL respects the privacy of website users and takes care to treat your personal data confidentially. The buyer can request this data at any time and, if necessary, have it deleted or modified.
5.3 Gameology SPRL uses a mailing list in certain cases. Each mailing contains instructions on how to remove yourself from the list.

6. Warranty
6.1 Gameology SPRL guarantees that the products it delivers meet the requirements of use, reliability and lifespan as provided for in all fairness in the sales agreement, and is liable for the manufacturer's warranty of the product delivered to you, if a manufacturer's warranty is applicable.
6.2 The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered products immediately upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered product is incorrect, defective or incomplete, the customer must then (before returning the product to Gameology SPRL) notify Gameology SPRL of these defects immediately in writing. Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be notified to Gameology SPRL in writing no later than 2 weeks after delivery. The products must be returned in the original packaging (including accessories and reference documentation) and must be in new condition. Commissioning after the defect has been discovered, deterioration occurring after defects have been discovered, encumbering or resale after defects have been discovered will completely invalidate this right to complaint and return.
6.3 If the buyer's claims are considered justified by Gameology SPRL, Gameology SPRL will, at its sole discretion, replace the delivered products or agree with the buyer on a written settlement on compensation, it being understood that the liability of Gameology SPRL is always limited to the amount of compensation amounting to, at most, the invoice amount of the products concerned, or (at Gameology SPRL's sole discretion) to the maximum amount covered by Gameology SPRL's liability insurance for the case in question. Any liability of Gameology SPRL for any other form of damage is excluded, including, among other things, additional compensation in any other form whatsoever, compensation for indirect or consequential damage or damage for loss of profit.
6.4 This warranty is not valid (1) for “unpacked” products such as individual cards or (2) if the delivered products are exposed to abnormal circumstances or are otherwise treated carelessly or contrary to the instructions of Gameology SPRL and/or the instructions for use on the packaging.

7. Offers
7.1 Offers are not binding unless otherwise stated in the offer.
7.2 By accepting a non-binding offer by the buyer, Gameology SPRL reserves the right to withdraw this offer or to deviate from it within 3 working days after receipt.
7.3 Verbal commitments are only binding on Gameling sprl after having been expressly confirmed in writing.
7.4 Gameology SPRL offers do not automatically apply to subsequent orders.
7.5 Gamelink cannot be held to its offer if the customer should have understood that the offer, or any part thereof, contained an obvious error or spelling mistake.
7.6 Additions, modifications and/or additional agreements are only valid if agreed in writing.

8. Agreement
8.1 An agreement between Gameology SPRL and a customer is formed after the online order has been assessed by Gameology SPRL for its feasibility.
8.2 Gameology SPRL reserves the right, without having to give reasons, not to accept orders or contracts or to accept them only on the condition that the shipment takes place against reimbursement or after prior payment.

9. Images and specifications
9.1 All images; photos, drawings etc.; including data concerning weights, dimensions, colours, images of labels, etc. on the Gameology SPRL website are only approximate, indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the contract.


10. Force majeure
10.1 Gameology SPRL is not liable if and to the extent that it cannot meet its commitments due to a case of force majeure.
10.2 Force majeure means any external cause, as well as any circumstance, which in equity should not occur at its risk. Delay or failure of our suppliers, internet disruptions, power outages, disruptions in the circulation of emails or changes in technologies provided by third parties, transport problems, strikes, measures by public authorities, delays in supply, negligence of suppliers and/or manufacturers of Gameology SPRL as well as human resources, staff illness, defects in material or transport means are expressly equivalent to cases of force majeure.

11. Disputes/Applicable law/competent judge
11.1 Any complaints must be notified to Gameology SPRL by registered letter within 7 calendar days of receipt of the products.
11.2 Belgian law applies to all agreements.
11.3 The competent judge of the judicial district of Brussels takes cognizance of all disputes arising from an agreement between Gameology SPRL and a buyer, which has not been able to find a solution through mutual consultation, unless Gameology SPRL prefers to submit the dispute to the competent judge of the buyer's place of residence, and with the exception of disputes which fall within the jurisdiction of the justice of the peace.
